written by: sonali kesarwani संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र 29 नवंबर से शुरु होने जा रहा है इस सत्र के दौरान सरकार cryptocurrency तथा कृषि कानूनो की वापसी जैसे कुछ खाश मुददो पर विधेयक संसद मे ले कर आयेगी ।    ●Cryptocurrency पर विधेयक क्या कुछ है इसमे  संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान सरकार cryptocurrency से सम्बन्धित एक विधेयक पेश कर सकती है जिसको Cryptocurrency and Regulation of official Digital Currency Bill 2021 कहते है। इस विधेयक का उददेश्य निजी crpytocurrency को प्रतिबंधित करने तथा RBI  द्वारा जारी डिजिटल मुद्रा को विनियमत करने के लिये ढांचा तैयार करने की बात कही गई है। इस विधेयक मे हमारी संसदीय समिति ने यह सुझाव दिया की cryptocurrency पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की जरूरत नही है बल्कि इसे कानून के दायरे मे लाना चाहिए।  भारत मे अभी cryptocurrency के उपयोग को लेकर अभी ना कोई प्रतिबंध है और ना कोई नियमन की व्यवस्था।   Cryptocurrency क्या होती है, इसका किस तरीके से उपयोग किया जाता है  Cryptocurrency एक प्रकार की Digital Currency होती है, इसे हम बाकी Currency  की तरह...

writen by- sonali kesarwani.  आज गुरु नानक जी की जयंती के अवसर पर देश के प्रधानमंत्री ने सुबह सुबह भारत के लोगो को सम्बोधित करते हुए कुछ ऐसे ऐलान भी किये जिसका इंतज़ार देश का किसान पिछ्ले 1 साल से कर रहा है । हम बात कर रहे है वो तीनो कृषि कानूनो की जिसको लेकर पिछ्ले 1 साल से देश का किसान लगातार विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहा है। जिस विरोध प्रदर्शन के चलते अब तक 600 से ज्यादा किसानो की मौत हो चुकी है, ना जाने कितने दंगे हुए देश मे उस कानून को वापस कराने के चक्कर मे अब आखिरकार वो समय आया जब प्रधान-मंत्री खुद भारतवासियों के सामने आकर उन तीनो कृषि कानूनो को वापस लिये । क्या कुछ कहा प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में   आज प्रधानमंत्री ने देश के सामने संबोधन मे कहा कि " आज मै आपको, पूरे देश को ये बताने आया हूँ कि हमने तीनो कृषि  कानूनो को वापस लेने का निर्णय लिया है। इस महीने के अंत मे शुरु होने जा रहे संसद सत्र मे हम इन तीनो कृषि  कानूनो को रद्द करने की संवैधानिक प्रक्रिया को पूरा कर देगे।  प्रधान-मंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने  किसानो के कल्याण के लिये, खासकर छोटे किस...

written by- sonali kesarwani  हर साल इसी महीने मे दिल्ली और उसके आस-पास के इलाके मे प्रदूषण का स्तर अपने उच्चतम स्तर पर होता है फिर भी सरकार का इसको कम करने या रोकने का कोई प्लान नही दिखाई देता। हर साल की तरह इस साल भी दिल्ली की हवा जहरीली हो गई है प्रदूषण अपने उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुँच चुका है चारो तरफ सफेद चादर की हल्की परत ही दिखाई दे रही है और इससे बचने के लिये फिलहाल सरकार की तरफ से ऐसी कोई व्यव्स्था नही दिखाई दे रही है।      प्रदूषण के बढ़ते स्तर को देखते हुए सरकार पर अपनी नाराजगी जताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कल ही एक हाई लेवल मीटिंग बुलाने का आदेश दिया कोर्ट ने कहा की NCR मे work from home पर सरकार विचार करे, फिलहाल आज से Delhi मे सभी construction activity बन्द हो गई है । स्कूल, कॉलेज और शिक्षण संस्थान बन्द कर दिया गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार से कहा की जल्द से जल्द इसे control  करने का प्रयास करे। जाने कौन जारी करता है ये आंकड़े, किस स्तर पर कैसा रहता है प्रदूषण  केन्द्र सरकार की ही एक संस्थान है SAFAR (System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Re...

writen by- sonali kesarwani       केन्द्र सरकार अब एक और सरकारी कम्पनी को बेचने की जोर- शोर से तैयारी कर रही है। भारत सरकार FSNL मे विनिवेश की प्रक्रिया जारी कर दी है। आपको बताते चले कि MSTC की 100% सब्सीसिडीयर है FSNL। सरकार अपने 100% शेयर बेचने को तैयार है। और गुरुवार शाम से ही asset valuer नियुक्त करने की प्रक्रिया शुरु हो गई है। और इसके आवेदन की अन्तिम तारीख 6 दिसंबर 2021 तय की गई है जिसके बाद 7 दिसंबर 2021 को टेक्निकल बिड खोल दिया जायेगा। एक बार कम्पनी की वेल्यू का निर्धारण होने के बाद सरकार इसे बेचने के लिये न्युनतम कीमत तय करेगी। विनिवेश और निजीकरण क्या है                        विनिवेश मे सरकार अपनी कंपनी का सिर्फ कुछ हिस्सा ही बेच देती है , विनिवेश की प्रक्रिया मे सरकार का कम्पनी पर मालिकाना हक बना रहता है।   जबकी निजीकरण मे सरकार अपनी कम्पनी का 51% से ज्यादा की हिस्सेदारी किसी निजी कंपनी को बेच देती है और फिर उस कम्पनी से सरकार का मालिकना हक खतम हो जाता है। आखिर क्यो सरकार विनिवेश या निजीकरण क...

  Cop26: जलवायु सम्मेलन written by :sonali kesarwani  विश्व की जलवायु मे लगातार हो रहे परिवर्तन को देखते हुये हर साल एक जलवायु सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया जाता है जिसमे लगभग हर देश मौजूद रहता है और विश्व  मे हो रहे जलवायु परिवर्तन को रोकने की दिशा मे अपने अपने सुझाव को साझा करके एक निष्कर्ष तक पहुँचते है।  1995 से लगातार इस सम्मेलन का आयोजन UNFCCC ( united nation framework convention on climate change) के द्वारा अलग-अलग जगहों पर कराया जाता है। 2021 मे यह सम्मेलन Scotland के Glasgow शहर मे आयोजित हुआ। यह 26 वाँ इसिलिए इसे Cop26 नाम दिया गया।          Cop, UNFCCC  के अन्तर्गत आता है, इसकी स्थापना वायुमंडल मे ग्रीनहाउस गैस सांद्रता को स्थिर  करने के लिये की गई है। यह सम्मेलन 31, october से 12, November तक चलेगा।  सम्मेलन का उददेश्य:-                                  पेरिस जलवायु परिवर्तन को सही ढंग से लागू करने की दिशा मे बात होगी।  पेरिस समझौता:-...
